Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, a growing and well-respected civil litigation law firm, is currently seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and interpret insurance policies
- Write opinion letters and advise insurers on claims handling and coverage issues
- Handle non-litigated insurance coverage work
- Manage the phases of litigation including motion practice, drafting declaratory judgement actions, discovery, and case management
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- Law license required, with North and/or South Carolina privileges preferred
- 2-5 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience
- Understanding of insurance policy interpretation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
