Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Maryland Bar is required, while the DC Bar is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Maryland Bar.
  • Admission to the DC Bar (preferred).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Motions Practice, Discovery, and Depositions.
