Responsibilities:

• Identify property tax savings opportunities for clients
• Conduct research and analyze comparable assessment data, market data, and sales transactions
• Assist with assessment review and monitoring the appeal process
• Create positive team member experiences to drive revenue and profit
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
• Demonstrate understanding of annual property tax cycle and jurisdictional rules
• Collect, review, and understand client-provided data
• Inspect properties and prepare reports for management
• Analyze assessment notices and determine potential reductions
• Apply software knowledge to efficiently work with client data
• Possess knowledge of assessment review, appeal determination, and valuation approaches
• Handle appeals and attend client status calls and meetings
• Interact effectively with team members and clients
• Participate in recruiting efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 1-3 years of audit or tax related experience
• Desire to work in a high-energy team environment
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
