  • Provide legal counsel, conduct due diligence, negotiate contracts, and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions in the renewable energy sector.
  • Evaluate legal risks, strategize on legal courses of action, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective legal support.
  • Articulate legal strategies and courses of action to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the legal field, with a preference for candidates with significant experience in renewable energy real estate transactions.
  • Proven experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions.
  • Active Bar license in Nebraska (NE).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in Nebraska (NE).
