- 0-3 years of experience
- Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills, superior research and writing skills and reading comprehension at an advanced level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven team players
- Highly organized
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

**Responsibilities:**

- Managing multiple cases from file opening to submission
