Law Firm's Immigration Practice Group provides visa services and "day-to-day" immigration advice to businesses, colleges and universities, school systems, professors and researchers, and individuals across the country and around the world. We advise . and foreign clients on all aspects of obtaining . work visas as well as the hiring and transfer of international personnel.

We are looking for a talented Associate Attorney to join the team and help provide top-notch immigration advice and services. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

**Requirements:**

- Admission to Virginia state bar (Recent law school graduates with pending bar results will be considered).
- 0-3 years of experience
- Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills, superior research and writing skills and reading comprehension at an advanced level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven team players
- Highly organized
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

**Responsibilities:**

- Managing multiple cases from file opening to submission
- Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases
- Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes
- Prolonged sitting, reading, typing, writing and talking
