Team Intro:
As the Program Management Officer within the TikTok USDS Legal & Compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. This team follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees required to work in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives
- Oversee the operational aspects of the legal department
- Manage key legal Programs and initiatives
- Drive constructing, prioritizing, and aligning team OKRs
- Act as a liaison between the legal department and other departments
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Support talent development within the legal department
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Legal

Qualifications:
- . degree from ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent)
- Membership in good standing in a US state bar
- 5+ years of legal experience, technology experience a plus
- 3+ years of privacy experience
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
