## Job Responsibilities

- Representing leading global platforms and disruptive technology companies on their most critical regulatory, litigation, product and business strategies and disputes
- Counseling on a broad range of regulatory, technology and compliance matters
- Handling government investigations and related litigation matters
- Experience with Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters

## Qualifications

- Law school class years between 2015 and 2020
- Three to seven years of substantive experience at a leading law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong privacy, cybersecurity and/or technology company experience

## Compensation and Benefits

- Annual compensation range: $310,000 to $435,000
