"Summary:
In this role as Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations Specialist at PayPal, you will be responsible for conducting internal reviews, resolving complex workplace conduct issues, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
• Design and execute investigation plans
• Interact and communicate with internal stakeholders
• Manage a caseload of multiple internal reviews
• Make objective findings and provide recommendations for corrective action
• Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel
• Identify and analyze patterns and trends across reviews
• Continuously improve the internal review process
• Develop a deep understanding of PayPal's culture and values

Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience conducting complex investigations
• Enthusiasm for investigations and their role in advancing PayPal's mission
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Strong ethical code and respect for privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to make difficult decisions and exercise expert judgment
