Responsibilities:

- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and client reports
- Taking depositions of lay witnesses and expert witnesses
- Retaining and preparing expert witnesses
- Conducting legal and medical research
- Communicating with clients and opposing attorneys
- Managing a full caseload from beginning to end
- Working closely with other attorneys and paralegals in the medical malpractice team
