# Seeking Experienced Litigation Associate for Law Firm

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Chancery law.

## Responsibilities
The Litigation Associate will be responsible for:
* Representing clients in court proceedings and preparing legal documents
* Researching and analyzing legal issues, theories, and regulations
* Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
* Advising clients on legal matters
* Attending hearings, mediations, and client meetings
* Negotiating settlements and other agreements

## Qualifications
* Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
* 2-4 years of experience in Chancery law
* Excellent legal research and writing skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

## Salary
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $225,000-$295,000.
