Qualifications:
Basic:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree
- Admitted to practice law in the United States in good standing

- Experience at an international law firm with a focus on M&A
- Experience with buying/selling companies in multiple . jurisdictions
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Passion for excellence and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with regulatory transactions and/or the payments/technology industries a plus
- Open to occasional travel
