As a Litigation Attorney at DeMayo Law Offices, you will have the opportunity to represent clients throughout the arbitration and trial processes in both District and Superior Court. Your responsibilities will include providing legal advice on personal injury issues, developing personal injury cases, and resolving cases through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial. You will also have the chance to improve processes and implement changes to achieve quality results.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted in good standing to the North Carolina State Bar. Admission to the South Carolina State Bar is preferred, and a minimum of ten years' experience in NC plaintiff's litigation is required.
