  • Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and promissory notes.
  • Handle due diligence processes and review pertinent documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice as an attorney in New York.
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance law, preferably with a focus on representing financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of asset-based, real estate, healthcare, and general middle market financing transactions.
  • Proficiency in UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues.
