Responsibilities:
- Handling class action and representative actions
- Managing single plaintiff cases
- Providing general employment advice and counsel
- Conducting discovery, drafting motions and briefs, and defending depositions
- Representing clients in evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and arguing dispositive motions in court
- Conducting legal research and writing briefs and memos

Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law in the State of California
- 3-5 years of experience in general litigation and/or labor and employment law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
