-At least 1 year of Healthcare Regulatory work or similar experience
-Experience and interest in representing long-term care facilities in obtaining Nursing Home Medicaid reimbursement
-Active membership in good standing of the Georgia Bar

## Overview
Hall Booth Smith, . (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their expanding Healthcare Regulatory practice groups in Atlanta, GA. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and office, learn from experienced attorneys, participate in case strategy and development, and both interact with and develop firm clients. The ideal candidates for this position will have at least 1 year of Healthcare Regulatory work or similar experience, preferably with experience and interest in representing long-term care facilities in obtaining Nursing Home Medicaid reimbursement. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Georgia Bar. Salary Range: $115k-120k depending on experience (plus benefits).
