O’Hagan Meyer Law Firm is a civil litigation defense firm with over 200 attorneys and offices throughout the United States. The firm is focused on providing strong legal work and excellent service while emphasizing preventative counseling and results-oriented approach to litigation.

We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our new Sacramento office. This position will offer significant opportunities for growth and advancement and we offer extremely competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k) matching and bonus opportunities. This position will either be hybrid or fully in-office.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1 – 7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $115, – $190, per year.
