Job Title: Tax Associate (4-6 years) - Fiduciary Litigation Practice
Location: Denver, Salt Lake City, Boise, or Jackson
Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 (merit-based)

Introduction:

- Opportunity to work in both tax planning and litigation, representing various clients in fiduciary matters

Position Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in tax, estate, and trust planning, administration, and litigation
- Strong academic background and exceptional interpersonal skills required
- Ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a high stress environment
- Prior professional experience and/or LLM a plus

Compensation and Expectations:
- Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based, with evaluations based on individual performance and contributions to the team's efforts
- Salary range for this position (if based in Colorado) is $190,000 - $240,000, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act
- Associates are eligible for bonuses and fee splits based on financial contributions and hard work
- Expectation of 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Encouraged to engage in firm activities and committees for collective success
