Look no further than the Women’s Law Project (WLP)! WLP is seeking motivated individuals to join their team and gain valuable experience in defending and advancing the rights of women, girls, and LGBTQ+ people in Pennsylvania and beyond. As a legal fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful cases, advocate for policy change, educate the public, and provide direct assistance and representation to those in need. About WLP: WLP is a leading public interest legal organization that uses an intersectional approach to address the needs of individuals facing multiple forms of oppression based on sex, gender, race, ethnicity, class, disability, incarceration, pregnancy, and immigration status. Through impact litigation, policy advocacy, public education, and direct assistance and representation, WLP strives to dismantle discriminatory laws, policies, and practices, eradicate institutional biases, and promote gender justice. Job Responsibilities: As a legal fellow at WLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and cases, including: - Conducting legal research and writing memos and briefs - Assisting with impact litigation cases - Participating in policy advocacy efforts - Developing and delivering public education materials - Providing direct assistance and representation to clients Qualifications: - 3L or recent law graduate - Strong interest in public interest law and social justice issues - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively and independently - Commitment to intersectionality and promoting gender justice Application Process: To apply for a fellowship at WLP, please send an email to with “Post-grad Legal Fellowship” in the subject line.
