Law Firm Seeking Staff Attorney in Real Estate Finance
A leading American law firm is seeking a highly qualified staff attorney to join their Real Estate Finance Group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney with a minimum of six years of legal experience in rate hedge agreements. The position is full-time and can be based in either the Washington, ., Tysons, or Baltimore office.

Responsibilities in Real Estate Finance
In this role, the staff attorney will be responsible for drafting rate hedge (cap and swap) agreements and other transactional documents. They will also manage the flow of information related to hedges among lenders, borrowers, swap dealers, and counsel involved in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of ISDA master agreements and other derivatives trading documentation.

Collaborative and Fast-Paced Environment
The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. They must have excellent time management skills and great attention to detail. Experience managing and training legal staff, including paralegals and junior associates, is preferred. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
