•Provide legal support to all aspects of Hyatt’s franchise functions
•Draft and negotiate franchise agreements and related documents
•Advise franchise operational support and development teams
•Support hotel purchases, sales, and corporate M&A
•Draft and update Franchise Disclosure Documents

Qualifications:
•8+ years of combined (law firm and in-house) attorney experience
•5+ years practicing primarily in franchise transactions and regulatory compliance
