Duties:

  • Provide legal support for a range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and growth equity financings.

  • Conduct due diligence on M&A deals and prepare diligence reports.
  • Collaborate with in-house legal departments and operational teams of public and private companies.
  • Offer legal counsel and guidance on general corporate and commercial issues.
  • Negotiate and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of legal experience with a focus on corporate matters.
  • Active Bar license in Ohio, admitted to practice law.
  • Strong experience in M&A deals, ancillary document preparation, and due diligence.
