Job Overview:

The Finance Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel in corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Duties:

  • Draft loan, security, inter-creditor, and related documents.
  • Advise on covenant compliance issues.
  • Lead due diligence teams.
  • Manage specialists involved in finance transactions.
  • Draft various legal documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance.
