The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, as well as several years of related work experience. They should also possess a valid US Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney designation, or be eligible to obtain one. In this role, the Senior Consultant will have the opportunity to work on complex tax issues and develop effective tax strategies for clients. They will also be part of a rapidly growing team and have the support of experienced professionals to develop their career and technical, management, marketing, and business skills. The Senior Consultant will work with clients in various industries and sectors, analyze data and prepare analyses, and collaborate with subject matter professionals to analyze client facts. They will also provide guidance and direction to associates, support engagement activities, and contribute to the development of client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to learn and apply complex tax and industry concepts. They should also have excellent communication and project management skills, and be comfortable working in a team environment. Familiarity with IRS tax controversy and statistical sampling, as well as experience with data analytics and visualization tools, are also preferred.
