- Draft and review relevant documents

Qualifications:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in corporate debt finance
- Strong understanding of secured transactions
- Experience with syndicated financing and acquisition financing transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
