Requisition Description: Seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our North America Legal team and support end-user sales transactions in the United States. This is a full-time position with no shift premium and the ability to travel as needed.

Role Overview:
The Senior Legal Counsel, North America Market will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support for end-user sales transactions in the United States. They will also work on projects as needed within the North America Legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial attorney to join a highly skilled and collaborative team and expand their skills in the field of end user sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for end-user sales transactions in the United States, including Hardware, Software, Support, and Managed Services.
- Act as the lead attorney on complex Managed Services deals, working closely with account and pursuit teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business teams on legal issues and risks.
- Draft and negotiate legal contract terms.
- Support competitive bids and respond to end-user legal terms.
- Resolve complex legal issues and contract disputes.
- Plan and conduct training on legal topics for internal clients.
- Contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions, tools, and processes.
- Exercise independent judgment and initiative in achieving objectives.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from a nationally recognized law school.
- Active bar membership in any of the fifty states or the District of Columbia.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including experience in public sector contracting.
- Experience with State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers preferred.
- Prior negotiation experience in complex transactions.
- Subject matter expertise in key legal topics such as liability, indemnities, intellectual property, and privacy/data protection.
- Knowledge of industry norms and unique legal and business issues related to IT products and services.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and self-confidence.
- Ability to solve challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Capability to escalate issues to high-level executives.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel as needed.
