Job Description:

McGuire, Wood & Bissette, . is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in the land use, planning & zoning field, but all qualified candidates with an interest in this area of law are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position that requires a good attitude, excellent communication skills, dedication to client service, and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on potential projects and how they fit within a community's long-term plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients based on trust
- Representing clients before government boards and agencies
- Working with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to advise and assist clients and property owners
- Advocating for project approval and creative problem solving
- Organizing and managing multiple files with attention to detail
- Working closely with local communities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Information: The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $130,000 per year.

- Working closely with local communities to achieve clients' goals

Annual Billable Hour Expectation: The minimum billable hour expectation for this position is 1,300 hours per year, with additional hours dedicated to non-billable goals such as community involvement, professional development, and business development.

Work Location: This is an in-person position.
