Duties:

  • Conduct legal research to support litigation proceedings.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or clerkship role.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
  • Admittance to the Minnesota State Bar (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research methods and tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
