Additionally, you should have technical expertise with ASC740 and be able to identify and address client needs and develop and sustain client relationships. You will also have the opportunity to use your networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and hold a A CPA, membership in the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may also qualify you for this opportunity. You should also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate team members.
