Holland & Hart, a premier law firm, is currently seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in the Denver office. - Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of traditional labor and employment experience.
- Strong academic background and compelling law school experience preferred.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
- Ability to take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials is required.
- Federal clerkship highly desired but not required.

Compensation and Expectations:

- Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based, with a good faith salary range of $180,000 - $205,000 for this position (if based in Colorado) as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
- Associates are eligible for bonuses based on performance and financial contributions.
- Judicial clerks are eligible for a one-time bonus after completing a clerkship with a federal or state court.
- Expectation of 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Involvement in firm committees and activities is encouraged.
