Job Description:

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships to attract new clients and expand services to existing clients.
- Lead the financial institutions industry team, staying up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends.
- Oversee client engagements to ensure tax compliance and provide alternative strategies to reduce tax burden and capitalize on tax credit opportunities.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and employee growth.
- Partner with other firm leaders to provide exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
- Optimize financial performance of the banking practice through budget management and process improvements.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or JD required.
- 12+ years of progressive tax experience with financial institutions clients.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in building and sustaining clients and teams.
- Ability to strategically plan for growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.
- Cross-selling experience while adhering to independence standards.
