Law Firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of law firm experience and be admitted to the Michigan Bar.

The Real Estate Associate will be part of our Real Estate Practice Team and work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, office, retail and industrial leases, and title and survey review and analysis. Experience with loan documentation, loan opinion and financing matters and renewable energy matters is a plus.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Excellent academic credentials
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding customer/client service skills
