A law firm is seeking a Corporate Services Senior Associate Attorney for its Cincinnati location. The Corporate Services Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A in a large regional or national law firm. They will handle routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions, and other business transactions. Preferred candidates will also have experience with bank regulatory matters. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for clear communication with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical skills are required to offer unique perspectives on complex issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with exceptional academic credentials. They must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.

 

Duties:

  • Manage Securities Reporting and M&A transactions.
  • Handle routine securities filings.
  • Conduct merger & acquisition transactions and other business transactions.
  • Provide legal advice on bank regulatory matters.
  • Communicate advice to clients and colleagues clearly.
  • Offer unique perspectives on complex legal issues.
  • Draft legal documents and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Assist with client meetings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff.

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of corporate experience.
  • Extensive experience in Securities Reporting, M&A, and Bank Regulatory work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in Ohio.
