Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from start to finish
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
Communicate with insurance companies and defense counsel
Maintain positive client relationships
Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:
