The position is available in our Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with work experience as a software developer, is required. The candidate must also be admitted to the USPTO.
