The State of Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant District Attorney for its 220 DISTRICT ATTORNEYS COUNCIL. This position is located in Miami, OK and is a Full Time, Exempt position. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

## Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
- Experienced attorney. Must have experience as prosecutor.
- Team player looking to collaborate, learn and grow as a prosecutor.
- Persons with an interest in civil and/or Native American law are especially sought.

## Responsibilities:

- Prosecute felony and misdemeanor cases. Guaranteed trial work.
- Assist in providing legal services to County Government Operations.
- Oversee team of prosecutors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participate in ongoing professional development training.
