MG+M Law Firm is seeking an Asbestos Associate Attorney to join our team in any of our California office locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Walnut Creek. Job Description: As an Asbestos Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California. You will be responsible for independently managing a litigation caseload, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, reviewing and analyzing discovery requests, and preparing court filings and service to counsel. You will also be expected to have experience with e-filing, trial preparation and support, and maintaining accurate time records. Candidate Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability. You must also have a and be admitted to practice in the state of California. Experience with motion practice and depositions is required, as well as the ability to take the lead in plaintiff and expert depositions. We are looking for candidates who are capable of independent work, have strong organizational skills, superior research and writing abilities, and the ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters. Salary Information: This is a full-time, regular position with a salary range of $115, to $195, annually. We also offer a hybrid work environment, with the potential for fully remote work, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).
