Entry level attorney position with remote assignments available

Job Title: Entry Level Attorney - Prosecution Services Unit

H1: Join Our Team as an Entry Level Attorney

H2: Protect Public Health as an Attorney with the Department of Health

Key Responsibilities:

- Review case files and develop legal opinions
- Prepare probable cause recommendations and administrative complaints
- Present cases before probable cause panels
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Represent the Department before the Division of Administrative Hearings and in circuit court
- Provide timely and professional representation in all aspects of litigation

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
- Must become a member of the Florida Bar within 12 months
- Entry level position with infrequent supervision

- Tallahassee Headquarters
- Remote Investigative Field Office Locations: Pensacola, Alachua, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Orlando
