Law Firm, a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Real Estate, Development & Construction business unit in Springfield, MO. The ideal candidate will possess two to seven years of experience in the field of complex commercial litigation.

H2: Job Responsibilities

The Commercial Litigation Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
* Conducting factual investigations and discovery
* Preparing pleadings
* Taking depositions
* Arguing motions
* Participating in mediation
* Communicating with clients

In addition, experience with state and federal court, administrative matters, and arbitrations is beneficial. Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
