Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on environmental and administrative law issues
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and motions
- Assist with discovery in active federal cases
- Participate in conference calls and strategy sessions with agency counsel and officials
- Attend hearings and meetings in the Washington . area

Qualifications:
- Law student or recent law school graduate
- Enrolled at least half-time in an undergraduate, public policy graduate, or law school program
- Good academic standing
- Native American candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
