The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting a variety of legal documents, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills, and effectively collaborating with clients and legal professionals. The position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, particularly in the specified practice areas.

Job Details:

• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Possess transferable skills and a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
• Utilize strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
• Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
• Proficient in motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.

Certifications:

Active Bar membership in good standing.
