## Attorney – General Municipal Law Attorneys – Law Firm Law Firm is seeking experienced attorneys with a minimum of 3 – 10 years’ experience to support its clients in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. Successful candidates will advise public agencies in the areas of general municipal law, the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, public contracts, code enforcement, land use, and CEQA. Preferred candidates will have acted as assistant or deputy city attorneys, and will have regularly represented planning commissions or equivalent public bodies. ### Responsibilities - Advise clients on general municipal law, the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, public contracts, code enforcement, land use, and CEQA - Act as assistant or deputy city attorney - Represent planning commissions or equivalent public bodies ### Qualifications - 3 – 10 years’ experience as an attorney - Expertise in the areas of general municipal law, the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, public contracts, code enforcement, land use, and CEQA - Ability to act as assistant or deputy city attorney - Experience representing planning commissions or equivalent public bodies ### Compensation - Associates: $135,000 – $200,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses - Income Partners: $201,000 – $300,000 plus discretionary bonuses ### Application Process Qualified candidates should email cover letter, resume, references, and writing sample to .
