Requirements:

- Licensed in Virginia and a graduate of an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of legal experience in real estate development transactions.
- Skilled in drafting, editing, research, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage time sensitive deliverables.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Conducting title reviews.
- Preparing recordable instruments.
- Researching and analyzing legal issues.
- Communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Managing time sensitive deadlines.
