Job Title: Associate (5-10 Years) – General Liability Defense

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (based on experience and other factors)

Location: Remote or Hybrid Position

Experience: 5-10 years

Department: General Liability Defense

Responsibilities:

- Defend general liability matters, including premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.
- Conduct discovery, take depositions, prepare and argue motions, and assist with trial preparation
- Work independently with limited supervision

Requirements:

- Admitted to the State Bar of California
- 5-10 years of experience in general liability defense
- Significant experience in conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual base salary of $150,000 – $175,000 (actual salary dependent on experience and other factors)
- Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $29,000
