The ideal candidate will manage their own cases from initial intake through to resolution. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience in family law.
  • Mediation certification and experience are strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Mediation certification is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Proficient in legal research and software relevant to family law practice.
