## Job Description

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with a focus on Labor & Employment Law to join their team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to clients in a wide variety of legal matters, from labor & employment to general civil litigation. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court proceedings.

## Qualifications/Requirements

- 1 – 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting
- Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum

## Salary

The salary for this position is $115, – $190, per year, plus competitive benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and bonus opportunities. This position contemplates a hybrid or fully in-office arrangement.
