# Associate Attorney (Litigation)

Law Firm Baker Jenner LLLP is seeking a Georgia-barred associate attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their civil litigation practice. The successful candidate will be part of a team of experienced senior attorneys, representing significant clients both regionally and nationally.

## Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Admission to the Georgia Bar
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office technology

## Desired Experience

- Depositions
- Prelitigation Investigation
- Hearings
- Trial Support
- Law Review, Specialty Journal, or Moot Court Experience

## Responsibilities

- Preparation of persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Promulgation and performance of written discovery
- Managing case files and deadlines in coordination with team members
- Document production review and management
- Timely and appropriate reporting on projects and assignments
