Eminent Domain Associate – 4 to 7 Years of Experience (San Diego, Los Angeles or Oakland, CA)

- Trial and Litigation Practice Group actively engaged in complex litigation in federal and state courts, including eminent domain cases
- Seeking a bright, committed, and ambitious attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join the team
- Position open in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland office
- Must have superior research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong work ethic
- Proven ability to work in teams and interest in elevating the Meyers Nave brand
- Experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions, required
- Prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions
- Eminent Domain or real estate/real property experience preferred
- Opportunity for significant litigation and trial experience on public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California

- Salary range of $165,000 - $190,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and office location
