Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local rules
- Highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience with depositions, motions, and client/opposing counsel interactions
- Law Review experience preferred
- High marks from reputable law school and in good standing with Utah State Bar
