JOB TITLE: Compliance Manager
LOCATION: Hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office)
SALARY: $89,460 - $127,800 (depending on location and experience)

- Responsible for managing compliance responsibilities with excellence
- Manage projects, regulatory audits, internal audits, and risk assessments
- Establish project plans and milestone dates
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations
- Conduct complex investigations and document findings
- Interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Requires BA/BS and minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferred skills include regulatory change management, legal training, and familiarity with healthcare laws
- Salary range for this position is $89,460 to $127,800
