- Responsible for maintaining files and records of all contracts and legal documents, reviewing and negotiating agreements with vendors, supporting the sales team, and assisting with global compliance
- Within 3 months, learn about the business and legal standards, respond to NDA requests, and manage adoption of a new contract lifecycle management platform
- Within 6 months, become the legal point of contact for supplier diligence and reviews, assist with commercial legal requests, and update legal policies
- Within 12 months, independently manage supplier legal reviews and negotiations, support various legal projects, and tackle increasingly complex legal matters
